Novateck PC collects

Novateck PC does not collect demographic information
(such as income level and gender), and unique
identifiers (such as social security number). If we ever
ask for significantly different information we will
inform you.

A cookie is a piece of data
stored on the user's hard drive containing information
about the user. We may set and access cookies on your

Log Files
We use IP addresses to
analyze trends, administer the site, track user's
movement, and gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally
identifiable information.

Security
This website takes every
precaution to protect our users' information. Novateck
does not have customers submit their credit card
information through its web site. Credit card
information is obtained over the telephone and in person
at our corporate office.
Updating Personal
Information
If a user's personally
identifiable information changes (such as your phone
number), we will provide a way to correct, update or
remove that user's personal data. This can usually be
done by emailing to our Customer Service Center.
Customers can also submit personal information changes
by telephone or postal mail.
